Mtn south Africa is pathetic

Mtn is so pathetic we were behind in payments but we paid everything they said and last month they said only R2500 behind and we paid the amount of R2500 but now they say we are still R2500 behind and when you call costumer care they answer and when you are done explaining how they can help they put the phone down in your ear (happend Twice) really pathetic
