MTN South Africa is misleading us!

I needed emergency data via MTN Xtratime and selected the option for 100MB data. I logged on to search for some info on the internet only to find it was not going through. I called MTN and was told that the data is only for Work At Home data and not for the internet or social media. Why would you put the option there and not specify it is only for working at home? I now must pay back this data that I will not use as well as the fee that comes with it. MTN this is wrong!
