Mtn South Africa is ***********

Purchased a phone at The Foschini Group in February 2019 which stopped working on the 24th of September 2109. Took it in for repairs on the 26th of September 2019 and was told I will get it back after 21 days or 4 weeks. We are now entering the 6th week and I still don't have a phone. With no clear answer from anyone as to why I'm still without a phone
