MTN SOUTH AFRICA IS BULL****

I'm distrusted by service I get from MTN i bought a two phones on contract during the first week of June,one of the phones mainly the one I was using it had issues with the touch NOVA Y9A BLACK I booked it in for repairs on the 24th of August 27 days down the line I receive a call from the store manager to come pick up the phone only to find that the phone was not fixed it had the same problem he booked it for a warranty assessment only to find that it was rejected because the phone had small scratches at the back but the phone cover is always on the above mentioned phone so they booked it in again for repairs the sad part is that I'm paying every month for something that I'm not using.I took the contract at WESTGATE MALL ROODEPOORT
