MTN South Africa is an *********** network provider. I definitely would not reccommend.

MTN is the worst network provider ever! I definitely would not recommend anyone starts a contract with them. I reported my phone as ****** and requested that they blacklist my number so I can get an ITC number to claim from insurance on Wednesday 23 November 2022 and they told me they would send it within 24 hours. It is now the 28th November and they still have not processed they blacklisting, and every time I call their customer service their system is down, at some point I was put on hold for 30 minutes. I can even begin to describe my frustration, this is supposed to be a one day process. What an inconvenience, I regret ever choosing MTN.
