MTN South Africa is a disappointment.

The service is shocking. I have been calling for the past 2 weeks trying to get a cellphone blacklisted so i can get an ITC number.. I have been given ref numbers from my nearest MTN branches and over the phone by the call centre and they still giving me. Till now im without a phone as i need to claim for the new one. Iv been an MTN customer for the past 8years and they now telling me my number has never been in that phone... My question is where has people been calling me if that is true.... Im so over them....
