MTN South Africa is a corporate disgrace

This company could not care less for their customers. They are a useless company from the top down to the bottom. MTN has been down for 3 days now in Dullstroom, Mpumulanga. And not a single staff member, manager or Chief Executive responds or gives any feedback as to when, why or how this constant regular signal/ data failure will be resolved once and for all. They have made feeble excuses in the past 2 years, while VODACOM is always working and might go down in Dullstroom once in a blue moon.
