MTN South Africa is a ****

I took a contract with MTN 2 years ago which I was paying R240. The contract was expired and a month before I was trying to cancel it but could not go through as MTN had network problems.

On Feb 2023 they debited R1100 that time the router is not even working. I have send countless emails asking them to explain how come the contract went from R240 to R1100.

I always talk to different people explaining the same thing. I have even asked them to state where in the contract they they mention that if the contract is not cancelled in 2 months I will own MTN R2300 rather R640.

I do not have 2.3k to pay for the services that I did not use
