Mtn South Africa I need my data

I have a contract with Mtn, on the 12th of December I was supposed to be provisioned my monthly data but it was shot with 5Gig. I have been calling since the 18th of December 2019 up to date I haven’t received my data bundles! 5GIG is a lot and to think that when you don’t pay the monthly installment they too quick to switch off your network, this is just not fair and it’s unacceptable. I have raised my concerns more that 5 times but haven’t received help, I’m utterly disappointed with the way the handle this matter!!! They better give me my 5Gig!!!
