Mtn South Africa has the worst customer service

MTN's service and customer care is the worst. They charged me for insurance I didn't take in Jan and I have been trying to cancel it and only managed to cancel it in March after being sent from pillar to post. Now they suspend my account bcoz of the insurance outstanding after they said it was resolved and are sending me from pillar to post again to clear the insurance billing. Incompetence
