MTN SOUTH AFRICA

I have a huge problem with MTN, I'm a client for many years now. Im paying R7200 pm on my contract with MTN (3 numbers). I do an EFT to MTN every month before the 3rd,but every month, after I already paid I will receive threatening messages from MTN saying they gonna disconnect my services for non payment. This usually happens like 8days after I already paid my account.

A few times it was disconnected, I had to struggle to get it connected again,and that after my account was paid. No use to try and phone them, I have to drive to Clear Water from Florida to try to get it connected again, if I phone, the people in the call centre will pick up the phone, and don't speak at all, you can hear them make jokes an laugh in the background, I do have recordings of that aswell.

Im not sure why this is happening to me every month, I'm not sure if the system is just slow, or the people there just don't do their jobs, but I'm tired sending proof of payments around every month, doing their job or stand the change to get disconnected once again.
