App**** online for a iPhone deal. Signed the docs, arranged delivery etc. Device were never delivered. Debit order continued monthly. As I signed/authorized the docs my hands were tied. After hours of calls and explaining I received numerous reference numbers and referrals to other divisions but nothing came off. I have proof of discussions and screenshots to state the above mentioned. I paid the full amount of the contract over a two year period with nothing to show but frustration and expenses. BEWARE of MTN SOUTH AFRICA. Rather opt for VODACOM or CELL C as they are more transparent when dealing with clients. **********, ****ed off customer!!!!
