I have no idea why I'm still stuck with mtn when they have proven in many ways to have no regard for their customers. I have canceled a sim contract more than 2months ago but the debit still goes off. The last time I had a conversation with a consultant I was assured that the matter would be sorted out but to this day I still pay for an expired contract, one that I canceled. 😡 Mtn your service is pathetic.
