So since Jan 2021 I have been lodging “tickets” to date I can’t get a resolution to my over debited on my account. My last call lasted 1h10 min. Finally the supervisor took my call, to be told I will call you back … never did … HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? Area managers, account area managers, branch managers, sales call center etc etc … no one but no one can help me! DISGUSTING…
