MTN SOUTH AFRICA EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

I have a contract with MTN and my every month billing (getting my package) is on the 12th of each month, now suddenly they are not giving me my package(Minutes and Data) anymore but they debiting my account every month, i've been speaking to their consultants at Call center , and spoke to Precious ( Supervisor) and spoke to Drew( manager) but still nothing has been resolved by MTN meantime they debiting my account as the contract is still active . I cant reverse those payments because they will blacklist me as contract is still active, I will never advise anyone to use MTN they are very bad , what they only know is to debit people's accounts but not giving proper service . Right now i'm just giving up until this NONSENSE of contract to end , i am fedup with MTN .
