MTN South Africa

I ordered a Router following a telephonic sales call in April this year. The very next day I returned the device to MTN OR Thambo seeing that the connectivity in my area was extremely erratic. Numerous futile phone calls and emails later, I am still being billed for a Service that I don't use at all. On top of that, my existing Contract is linked to the cancelled one and I get suspended every couple of weeks. Absolute pathetic service after being a loyal customer for 20 years!
