MTN South Africa doesn't care about consumers but profits

MTN doesn't care about it's customers, I've been having problems with coverage whereby I can't use data.I sent an email on the 26/10/2025 and 09/11/2025 to seek help about the issue I'm experiencing,no one has attended to my concern to this day.As a customer I should be able to reach customer service but I doubt they have one,all the numbers meant for customer service don't serve the purpose.
