MTN SOUTH AFRICA DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Mtn does not care about their customers. Bought a phone on the 05:03/2022.since than they did not activate my network because of a open application. Been calling for a week for them to help me but no one can assist me even the people at the shop their cant assist me every time they tell me they will call me but at the end im the one that calls them to hear if their are any progress. I dont even want to talk about customer care they are more clueless than the ones in the shop. I just want them to close the open application so that they can acticvate my network but no help.
