MTN South Africa (do not insure your cellphone with MTN )

MTN I submitted my claim on the 25th of November and was approved in 2 days. So i asked for the same phone that i was using which is R10 000 value, i am apparently issured for R8500 okay cool, the phone is out of stock your isurance company is willing to give a phone worth of R6500(P40 lite ), i asked if that changes my monthly payment of R750 to a lesser amount it was a no. I have been waiting for a phone for a month now. So i asked them to give me options of a phone that is worth R8500 my request was declined but the same people are willing to give me a phone way cheaper than what i am insured for. I am going to make sure that people know how inconvenient your insurance is. And i am definitely cancelling it . Its just kaak
