MTN South Africa - Disgusting Service

Hi,

I firstly purchased a MTM data deal on mtn and upfront paid R954.47 then a week later to be told the offer was incorrectly advertised and I had to take another deal, I then on the 17 June 2022 at the same MTN canal walk store took another MTM deal and paid a further R731.87 upfront and only again to be disappointed as the deal was unable to activate. I was then assured that both these contracts will be cancelled and both upfront payments will be refunded to me. To date nothing has been refunded and I am disgusted and appalled at the pathetic service that MTN delivers. Mtn owes me R1686.34 in total and I demand that get refunded… please could MTN stop fooling the public with deals they cannot deliver and then ***** the upfront payments!!!!
