****** hopeless bunch of *********** staff. Made a cancelation of my mobile wifi router contract on 6th of April 2026. I've made the cancelation payment immediately. Till date I'm still being billed. I did call in NUMEROUS times asking for an explanation. I always get put through to department after department. The last correspondences on the phone on all my calls with them are always "We have escalated the issue with relevant department" ****** useless idiots. Nothing gets done. MTN SOUTH AFRICA, YOU ARE A ****** ROGUE!!! IF FAILING TO FIX MY ISSUE, I WILL RESORT TO GOING TO MY BANK TO CUT YOU GUYS OFF. TO HELL WITH YOUR RETARDED SERVICES. SIS!!!
