Extremely disgusting. MTN is robbing people for their money. I took a contract in March 2020. R500 per month as per contract...during the months I've been paying every month was a different and higher amount than R500 as per the contract, asking for payments going up to R600!!! I paid the amounts asked every month. When I asked the agents instore why is the amount not R500, they gave the most dumbest excuses so much so that they didn't even know why. Like the amount is being carried from the previous month, you are being billed from a certain date hence its not R500. And if you don't pay your line is blocked, until the full amount that mtn asks is paid March/April 2022 contract was due to expire, called the useless agents who are *********** to cancel. I received a text from mtn saying the contract is canceled, July 2022, 4 months has passed and mtn says I owe them more money and the line is suspended until that amount is paid. THIS IS ****************. KEEP AWAY FROM MTN. DISGUSTING!!! Pathetic service from the agents you call on 173 or the useless staff in the stores.
