I App**** for a month to month data contract online. They deducted a substantial amount of money via debit order only to cancel the contract a couple of days later due to no stock. It took 3 months for them to refund me the money. I took out another contract in Fourways and paid pro rata and the monthly subscription again. The contract was cancelled by what they call “some robot” 2 months later.

I then took out a 3rd contract and paid all the money again, the 3rd contract is now switched off by MTN with a R6000 owed to them for heaven knows what. The call center is *********** and have no idea who or why the R6000 was loaded to my account. This is a month to month uncapped contract for a fixed amount. I spend hours and hours on the phone and driving to the store. Highly not recommend MTN as they are clueless.
