MTN South Africa Continues to debit even after the contract expired.

I am very disappointed in MTN South Africa. After I gave them a month's notice before my contract expired, they promised to cancel the contract and move my number to prepaid, but this month again they debited me another amount, while my contract had expired last month, and they confirmed that March was the last debit order.
