Mtn south Africa ***** case

On the 04/07/2024 Time was 17h10 I went to MTN store in rustenburg mall for an upgrade on my MTN contract every thing went well till on the 25/08/2024 when MTN made a DEBIT CHECK of the amount of R6 000 and then again on the 26/08/2024 MTN again took R24 700.

And them on the 26/08/2024 I went MTN to make a question the R30 700 taken from my account..

I was on the phone for almost 02h00 but nobody managed to help me but went from point to nothing positive. What MTN is telling me now that "i did cancel my contract 3 days after taking out the contract which is something I don't even know

So what I want is MTN to refund my money back and deal the the person who canceled my contract in the name of Olwethu Phungula and return my money to my bank account Please
