MTN South Africa cannot even send me my invoice!!!

For the last 3 months, I have requested MTN to send me my monthly invoice. I eventually went to a MTN store in Cradlestone Mall and was told they cannot assist and referred me to the call centre. The call centre does not work and I cannot speak to a consultant to help. Again I went to their email helpline or customer support and till today, no invoice have been received. I'm fed up!
