MTN South Africa biggest ****mers around on home internet

Home Internet Shesha 600 for R400 a month. Took out this contract and paid all connection and subscription for August, They cut it off, went in again begging August, paid again and got cut off 10 days later, went in again and paid again and was told we had already paid upfront till end November, Just made payment a week ago of R600, got message from MTN thanking for payment but internet again has been switched off.

None of their numbers work, the people in the store are just as clueless as the Regional Manager.

We have paid up now till end December and no one can help us.

Pathetic service, it's disgusting and looks like the credit department doesn't know what they doing.

I would not recommend this to anyone
