MTN South Africa - Beyond poor service

I have sent multiple emails to *** to request for the cancellation of my contract. I have been to the MTN store to request to have the contract cancelled. I have tried to call 135 number to request for cancellation, unfortunately I was told by the consultants they cant access the legacy system that holds my contract number. I have sent to the complains department but not assistance.

MTN has a terrible customer service. Their processes are useless and they don't care about customers. I am very frustrated and angry customer.
