MTN SOUTH AFRICA BAD SERVICE

So please DO NOT take out an MTN contract. It is so difficult to do anything with them. To down grade my package has been an absolute nightmare. I first requested a down grade, dealt with Maggie Dimakatso Tjatji who sent me a form, which I filled in and sent back. Have heard nothing back. I then called and held on for 1hour and still have nothing done. You get shunted from customer care to retentions and no one has any idea what is going on. The quicker they get you off the phone the better. I spoke to a Florence she had no idea and put me through to retentions, I was then cut off after 10 minutes. I then spoke to Mbali who also had no idea and also put me through to retentions. Unfortunately I did not take her name. She told me I need to speak to customer care as they do not do the down grade on packages. I then spoke to Mbali again who had no idea and put the phone down in my ear. THIS IS GOING ON FOR THREE WEEKS NOW. GREAT SERVICE MTN
