I would like to raise a complaint for MTN retention department, I called them several times on Friday the 1st of March 2024 to cancel my contract because my contract with them is ending on the 26th I was told by the first agent that there is no network they will call me which never happened. I called again and the last person put me on hold for 30/40 minutes and told me there is loadshedding, I waited on the call only to be dropped, I don't this contact anymore because I even lost that phone I was paying to settle my debt, I am no longer working I can't extend the contract, please help I'm struggling, please help this ***** what they are doing, I don't know which channels to go to since retention team is failing to help me.
