MTN SOUTH AFRICA

Mtn gave me a LTE mobile about 6 months ago ,had problems from the 1st month with no internet ,went to greenackers PE mtn store for assistens this month they want deduct R4822 from my account luckely I dont have so much money because I was retrench ,no one answer there fones at mtn account offices what must I do ,please can you help me ***
