MTN South Africa are *******!!!!!!!!!!

Absolute ******* and I will never do business with them again neither would I recommend anyone else does business with them! I had a 24 month data contract with MTN. When the contract expired, no one from MTN contacted me which normally means that the contract just carries on in ever green status. My contract with them was for R200p/m, however they just decided to up the contract to R750p/m without notifying me! Nevertheless, I then proceeded to cancel the contract in writing with 30 days notice. I was informed by customer service that my cancellation notice was received and would be processed. This has not happened! It has been 4 months after my initial notification and they are still deducting money from my account. I have made numerous further attempts to communicate with “customer service”, but with no luck! I am now getting absolutely no response from them! I will now have to go in to my bank to put a stop order on this payment! Something I do not have time for!!! I have requested the money be refunded to me but have only been met with deaf ears. Their customer service is non existent! I wonder how much money they ****** from customers in this manner? I want my money refunded!
