MTN south africa are skelem and false advestising to get customers

I have upgraded my contract with MTN on the 13th Feb 2025 and received my phone on the 17th Feb 2025 while still happy about the SLA but I was dissapointed that on MTN catalougue page 22 there is a special of NOVA 13i that is the phone i received but it goes with free gift that I did not receive, I have started phoning MTN from 15h00 on the 17th Feb just after I open the phone and realized that the watch is not inside the box as it is mentioned on the catalogue page 22 and the sales person Sthembiso Ndlovu who did not explain correctly to me I phoned MTN and eventually I got someone who said I must phone HUAWEI shop that what I did and apparently Huawei shop disagree with the advesti*****t the guy I spoke to he said you are the 4 or 5 customer phoning about this promotion and they know nothing about it MTN needs to take fully acountabillity of the false advertiseement they must not lie to people to get customers I am now stuck with the phone without a watch , I am so dissapointed to MTN and people out there be carefull of what you see on the catalogue MTN is fulling people around and getting away with ****** becarful of what you signing for, I will take the phone back on Saturday and now it is my money waisted phoning all these department and no one from MTN can assist , if they do not see they will loose customers this is nonsense
