MTN South Africa are ****mers

Mtn are a bunch of ****mers. Their telemarketers called me and offered me a deal that came with a device and data plan. They activated only a data plan and gave me the run around about the device. I eventually went to the store where they offered me another deal that came with a device. Now they want to charge me R6152.80 for cancelling a the initial contract that I did not sign up for. I mean I agreed to a deal that came with a device not a data only plan.
