MTN SOUTH AFRICA AND THEIR POOR SERVICE!

I took out a contract with insurance by mtn last year June. I reported that i was pick-pocketed in April 2019, no progress has been made up until this point, 4 months later. Ive been going back and forth to mtn in Kokstad and phoning mtn. I am still paying for this contract with insurance.
