Mtn South- Africa advised a third party to deduct money from my account yet I have no agreement or contract with them

I am so disappointed and disgusted with the way MTN South africa can do as they please.

My wife took out a cellphone contract with them, paid her agreed fee every month.,yet I am being debited without any notice, warning or consent. How is that possible???? I've been trying to sort this out since December 2025 and no one takes the responsibility to get in contact or sort this out. Taking money from a hard working man, father is not okay at all, and sending mails to them feels as if I'm talking to myself because no response or interaction from their side is happening. Can anyone please assist me in this matter. Nudebt taking the money is now standing on the side whilst they didn't even do their homework. I have requested several times for the agreement or contract that I have signed and nothing still.

This is unacceptable and very very wrong.
