I’m disgusted 🤮 by MTN South Africa, my home WiFi connection, was off last month and we payed to reconnect second week of May & we were told the R510 reflecting on their system will be for June connection, Comes June they open on the 1st and switch off on the 7th, called them on the 7 June to inquire why it off I’m being send from pillar to post no proper logical explanation from the call centre people from this morning, I will expose MTN through all my social media they are so frustrating, I will CANCEL this month to month and NEVER deal with them again Ever, they gave me a reference numbers that doesn’t help me in anyway, Your request with ref no *** has been completed.
