MTN SOUTH AFRICA

Hi i purchased a contract phone with mtn and i have been paying insurance under their company ,so i recently lost a phone due to theft. I claimed the phone and app**** all the requirements needed ,then after 15days it was declined and received bad experience. I felt like it was unfairly treatment,please help because my phone is still under contract and for a better conclusion.
