MTN South Africa

Got signed up on a data only package ,40GB any time and 40GB night and only recieving 20GB + 20GB. Have phoned the call centre twice and been inside thier store twice and all i get is ref no and told its been escalated. Im getting no solutions and no help from MTN the worst network provider in S.A
