MTN SOUTH AFRICA

Mtn is by far the worst to deal with. I had seen a black friday deal which was a Xiaomi Note 12 which supposedly came with a Xiaomi 10a free. App**** for this numerous times only to be called back 2 weeks later for the consultant to tell me he doesnt know what I am talking about. Spoke to MTN again and they tell me theres no stock so they probably took it off the website. Does it really take 2 weeks to call back? and nobody knows what im speaking about but it was on the website and i app**** numerous times online? False advertising?
