MTN South Africa

MTN, you have staff in your shops but they do nothing but play with their cellphones. It is too much trouble for them to even converse with you. I have been trying to sort out emails with your "consultants haha" for over a year. They have sent me to Incredible connection and last week they actually sent me to Vodacom!! My contract is with MTN. Of Vodacom said they would charge me, so I left. Why are your staff so unhelpful? I wish I could just sit in a store and earn a monthly salary doing nothing. I actually do not expect any answers as from other reviews written it seems MTN have a bad record.
