To whom it may concern

I sent a letter to MTN to cancel my data contract *** on the 15 sept 2021 of which I have proof. I am trying to get hold of them which is almost impossible to cancel contracts. They are as bad as Telkom with their service. I refuse to pay for November month and want them to cancel ASAP.
