Mtn South Africa

Mtn South Africa contacted me to renew my contract for the new samsung S20 .They delivered the wrong phone.( A samsung A30 instead of the S20.) I have contacted Mtn regarding this on numerous occations to try and resolve the problem with no prevail i have not used the Samsung A30 at all and i have been waiting for MTN to return the A30 and deliver the S20 since the beginning of march (4months paying for the wrong phone). No response from Mtn as of yet.
