The service is non existent!! I was offered a deal on a laptop (which did not function) an out of box factory failure. There was snd has been no help from MTN. Mondo arranged for collection and I was told it was cancelled but the debit orders go off???? I even offered to re new the contract seeing they taking my money but absolutely no response!!! What a disgusting show for such a big company … I am so so disappointed in them and their non existent service !!!!
