My prepaid number was deactivated. I went and Rica my number which was done and phoned the customer care on the 8th and 10th of July. On both calls I was advised that the reconnection was done. Without success. I phoned again on the 14th as to which I was advised my number was given to another user as it was reactivated on the 9th of July. Without any warning or advise my number was given away. Without informing me. All my banking information etc is linked to this number. Please reactivate my number to me.
