MTN South Africa 24/7 Bad Network

Good Day

I have an issue with MTN their network its bad when there is electricity and when its load shedding its bad, they do not have backup batteries and i am paying for nothing.

i would like to be assisted with cancelling my contract with them as i still have 23 more months with them and i cannot work at all cause i am working from home and it is costing me my job.
