MTN SOUTH AFRICA

I am so annoyed and disgusted by the service MTN provided to me,I have submitted insurance claim for my Phone and they declined the claim because they say I'm not using contract number which is a lie I'm using that number and getting data and minutes from them,it seems like they don't want to give me replacement phone but I'm paying each and every month even last month they deducted and I'm paying my money for nothing
