They are the worst company on the planet. I have a contract with them and everything i think about I just cry. I recently lost my phone through a house break in and I made a claim. They told me that they cannot honor my request because I should've done something to prevent ghe loss from happening and they even said they don't cover the loss if it occurred at home or in the office the what is the whole purpose of you having insurance for your phone? If you want a phone on a contract, RUN AWAY FROM MTN !
