MTN Sony Z3 NO STOCK

Good Day<br> <br> I'm not too sure where to refer this complaint, but I am hoping that I will get assistance. It is with great irritation and disappointment that I have been going to two of your branches (Cresta and Westgate) hoping to upgrade to Sony Z3 NOT compact but both branches and including all other Gauteng branches that your staff have checked for any stock but to no luck none of the branches seem to have the phone. Both branch have promised to get back to me and/or reserve from the expected stock but to no luck , after 2 months. I then went to the Cresta branch this morning around 11am and the one lady gave me \complaints"telephone numbers *** which she wrote herself on paper and confirmed that I will be assisted on the number provided but I get through to a Magda who does not work for MTN.<br> <br> <br> Long story short: What I do not understand is that why is the phone on offer on the monthly promotional brochures but you are pushing or forcing for Z3 compact sales"
