MTN Somerset mall is a joke

MTN Somerset mall service is a joke. I got sold two new phones. Within 4 days the one phone gets a line on the screen, I take the phone back within first 7 days and they tell me it must be booked as a warranty claim. Seriously how is the issue a warranty claim still now I'm waiting for my phone but guess what...I still pay my full contract how do you like that. This MTN is really pathetic. Now they tell me the claim is rejected because there is a pin number on the phone, why didn't they tell me to remove that at the ranch before taking the phone now they tell me it must be posted back from jhb then go back again after the pin is removed so now it's another week on top of 2 weeks already. And now the store is not answering my calls they told me they would sort this out yesterday but now my calls aren't being taken at this branch because they know it's me calling.
